Wines In India Many Oregon winemakers will tell you their pinot noir is the best wine to pair with salmon. And they are not alone in that contention. Serving pinot noir with salmon has almost become gospel, one of those "but of course!" matches that brook no debate, such as cabernet with steak.

ALLAIRE STATE PARK — Labor Day weekend was celebrated here in the colors of red, white and blush, as the Jazz It Up Wine and Food Festival pulled in thousands of patrons to enjoy the picture-perfect weather that graced the weekend.
India Wines The Garden State Wine Growers Association hosted its annual festival sponsored by the Asbury Park Press on Saturday and Sunday at Allaire Village here.
Wines In India The weekend brought wine drinkers, jazz fans and nature lovers together to sample the offerings of 23 wineries and vineyards and listen to music in the cool shade.

The 2010 Sonoma Valley Crush celebration will take place Sept. 15 to 19, with lots of hands-on harvest activities at 17 wineries throughout the Sonoma Valley.
Wine In India The wineries will offer grape sampling in the vineyards, crush-pad tours, fermentation demonstrations, winemaker meals and a mozzarella-making class.
India Wines The five-day festival will culminate from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 18 and 19 with a Weekend Harvest Tasting. The weekend pass costs $45 and includes harvest activities, wine tastings and a souvenir wine glass.
